The MSW/PhD program is a joint degree program that is available to students that already possess a Master’s degree in another discipline but would now like to obtain both a MSW degree and a PhD degree in Social Work.
Graduate College Application
Students applying to this program would also need to complete an additional statement indicating why they are interested in applying to the Joint MSW/PhD program. This additional statement would need to be uploaded to the Graduate College Application in the “additional program questions” area.
In order for your application to be complete you will need to have all official transcripts mailed to the School of Social Work at 1010 W. Nevada, Urbana IL 61801 even though the Graduate College application indicates that they only require copies of transcripts to be uploaded to their application.
If you have any questions regarding this application process please feel free to contact Cheryl Street, Admissions & Records Supervisor at email@example.com
Please review the Social Work calendar for deadline information.
