CQI Conference- “In Pursuit of Quality”

Join us on 11/6/15 in Urbana, Illinois for a day of interactive workshops and presentations focused on the skills and tools needed to drive a cycle of improvement that will support the efforts of your organization to help children, youth and families lead better lives. Don’t miss this opportunity to share information and resources with your peers and hear from local and national CQI experts on topics such as creating review tools that evaluate compliance AND quality, using data at the team level, establishing and maintaining expectations of quality, and responding to data findings with solutions. This conference will be uniquely designed for Illinois CQI professionals, child welfare program managers, and agency CEO’s/executives.

The Keynote Speaker will be Peter Watson, MPP, a national expert on CQI and adaptive leadership. Watson is currently the Director of the Children, Youth and Families/Justice Policy Programs at the University of Southern Maine’s Cutler Institute for Health & Social Policy, and was the Director of the National Child Welfare Resource Center for Organizational Improvement for 10 years.
