About

Jo Pauly is a Senior Research Program Coordinator at the Center for Prevention Research and Development (CPRD). She serves as project leader for the Substance Use Prevention Programs (SUPP) Block Grant; coordinating the development and implementation of the online integrated reporting system (Prevention Hub) utilized by all SUPP grantees and contractors, conducting evaluations of community-based substance use prevention programs and providing feedback regarding adherence to best-practice standards. Prior to her work at CPRD, she served as Project Coordinator for two large-scale longitudinal research studies at UIUC funded by the National Institutes of Health and as School Social Worker for Jr-Sr high schools in Illinois. Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Library and Information Science and a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Eastern Illinois University. Ms. Pauly’s background provides both academic and practical expertise in social service delivery and evaluation.
