Viviana Deltas

Senior Research Program Coordinator

Viviana Deltas is a Research Program Coordinator for the Center for Prevention Research and Development (CPRD) at the University of Illinois. She has worked in research and program evaluation for the past 15 years. Some of the substance abuse prevention evaluation grants she has worked on include Partnership for Success (PFS), the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF), and the SAPP Block grant. She has also experience in survey data collection and evaluation mainly through the Illinois Youth Survey. Prior to CPRD she worked in Chicago and Boston in projects related to assessing the relationship between physical and mental health, evaluating HIV outreach projects, and assessing access to health services. She earned her Master Degree in Community Health from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and her Master in Social Work from Boston University. Ms. Deltas lives in Champaign, Illinois with her family and loves program evaluation and helping others collecting, reporting, understanding and using their data to improve the services they provide.
