Cunningham Children’s Home in Urbana, IL, a residential treatment program for children and adolescents with serious emotional and behavioral disabilities, is seeking a Youth Counselor Shift Leader. The shift leader will assist the Coordinator with overall management of unit and contributes to the residential treatment team by supporting and supervising youth ages 9-16 in a home-like therapeutic milieu. BA or BS in Human Services required (social work, psychology), and 2 years of experience in a related field.

Prospective employees must be at least 21 years old, have excellent written and oral communication skills, possess a valid Illinois driver’s license and proof of auto insurance, and be able to handle confidential information. Prospective employees are required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
