Dean Korr invites you to join us as we celebrate our faculty, staff, and student veterans and service members with the unveiling of “Forever My Brother,” a limited edition print by artist Marc Wolfe. “Forever My Brother” memorializes and commemorates the single largest unit deployment of Illinois National Guard Soldiers since World War II, in which twenty-eight units with the 33rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team and two units from the 404th Chemical Bridge deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom – Afghanistan.

This print was donated to the School of Social Work by Colonel Thomas Zubik, MSW 1996 and Colonel (RET) Paul Hastings, in honor of their recent collaboration with the School of Social Work. Read about the collaboration, here.

Refreshments will be served. This event is open to all School of Social Work students, faculty, and staff.
