SSW Student Projects Part of Entrepreneurship at Illinois Fellowship

The Entrepreneurship at Illinois Fellowship is an educational incubator for top student startups at the University of Illinois. Launching during Summer 2015, the Fellowship allows student teams to spend the summer on campus with the time and support they need build prototypes, create a value proposition, test demand, research the competitive landscape, validate market size and progress in developing their startup ventures. 104 students are working in a creative and dynamic environment at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign’s Research Park. Four of those students are from the School of Social Work. Their projects, “Swimable” and “Share a Chair” are just 2 of 13 projects admitted to the startup group.
