Submit Your Scholarship Acceptance Documents

Students are asked to provide a headshot and a brief bio including name, where you are from, how Social Work and/or the School has influenced your life, and what it means for you to receive this scholarship. Additionally, we encourage you to write a personal thank-you note to the donors of this scholarship. Letters of thanks should be addressed to the donors. IMPORTANT: In order to receive your award, you must sign and return the Condition of Awards Agreement that was attached to your notification email.
