This program provides the statewide logistical support and customer service necessary to ensure smooth behind the scene operations for child welfare related professional development, DCFS conferences, and caregiver training. This program processes and does data entry for all Virtual Training Center (DCFS’ learning management system), conference software, meeting and lodging rooms, direct billing for hotels and conference support.
