Donna Jeno-Amici, Grants and Contracts Specialist. Donna Jeno-Amici joined the School of Social Work’s business office in February, 2013. She holds a MBA-Marketing from DePaul University and brings over 15 years of project management, budget development and proposal writing experience to her current role in research administration. Prior to joining the University, Donna held positions in management and operations with global consumer market research consulting firms. As a Grants and Contracts Specialist, Donna serves as the initial point of contact for researchers who are submitting Federal, State and Private grant applications. She provides consultation on budget development and proposal specifications, completes application forms, and coordinates proposal approval and submission through the Office of Sponsored Programs and Research Administration (OSPRA). Donna also works with OSPRA to coordinate contract and subaward agreements, monitors project billing and invoicing, and coordinates project closeout activities.
