Mary Anne Wilson is a MIECHV Research Project Specialist with the Center for Prevention Research and Development (CPRD). She received her BA in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and her MSW from Indiana University. Prior to joining the University of Illinois in 2012, Mary Anne supervised a teen parent home visiting program, and served as Director of the Success By 6 early childhood initiative. Mary Anne currently works on the CPRD team that is conducting the evaluation and performance benchmarks for multiple Maternal, Infant, Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) funded home visiting programs in six Illinois communities. Her main duties are to execute the evaluation plan, coordinate field data collection and staff, analyze data, conduct trainings and focus groups, provide technical assistance to local communities and program sites, serve as the liaison to the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood Education and other MIECHV partners, and prepare reports to funding agencies and publication.
