Job description –Outpatient Therapist
Full-time or Part-time, Independent Contractor
Salary: $50,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
Hope Counseling Inc. an Outpatient Mental Health Center in Danville, Illinois is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LSW, or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide mental health counseling 15-40 hours per week. Approximately 10% is teletherapy and 90% in-person therapy. Both day and evening hours are available.

An enthusiastic Illinois LCSW or LCPC or LSW with therapy experience and a desire to build a clientele will prosper both clinically and financially in our setting. Hope Counseling is a 20-year established mental health practice with an excellent community reputation and a steady client referral stream from Illinois and Indiana. Our therapists are Masters’ Level, licensed, knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. Candidates for the Outpatient Therapist position must currently be an Illinois LCSW or LSW with 1+ year of therapist experience and proficiency in basic computer skills. Duties: Assessment of client’s mental heath needs, DSM V diagnosis, treatment plans, case note documentation. Crisis intervention with established cases as needed during Mon-Fri; no weekend duties. Case consultation and clinical supervision available.
Clientele: Adults, seniors, couples, teens, elementary and preschool children. An art and play therapy facility on site. Caseload age range varies according to each therapist’s preferences and training.
Treatment: Individual therapy, couples and marriage therapy, family therapy, education/skills training, children’s play therapy, parenting consultations. Group therapy services possible.
Payment sources include: Health insurance, Self-pay, Employee Assistance Programs and contracted non-profit agencies. Hope Counseling’s Fair Chance Program offers reduced fee sessions for those who qualify by income level.
