School-Based SEL and Behavioral Health Team Member (Student Supports Manager)

Communities in Schools of Chicago (CIS) partners with 238 of Chicago’s public school, linking students at these schools with a range of programs and resources that address their social, emotional, mental and physical health needs.

At 38 school partners, CIS places a full-time, master’s level Student Supports Manager (SSM) who provide intensive one-on-one supports, such as goal-setting, supportive guidance, and counseling to students who are off track academically and need extra help.

CIS is hiring 4 Student Support Managers to begin immediately (4 days/wk onsite at CPS school, 1 day/wk offsite with CIS team members). This is a full-time, salaried role with the entire month of July OFF and 401K benefits.
