This position earns a competitive wage of $23.00 – $31.50/hour with additional compensation available for those who hold a clinical license. We also provide great benefits, including medical, vision, dental, 10 paid holidays, paid leave, a retirement plan with up to a 6% match, and an awesome wellness program.

We are a child welfare and educational services agency that provides caring support and therapeutic intervention to children, youth, adults, and families each year. This is done through our comprehensive programs from residential treatment and special education to community-based services. At our core, we are about creating options, opening doors, and taking the first steps. It’s important to us that we offer a place that feels like home, so those in our care can learn, succeed, and grow. We hold ourselves to high standards to meet the needs of the youth, adults, and families in our community. Hope begins here!

Get ready for a career where you can make a difference and positively impact the lives of others. We take care of our employees just as well as our clients and students. Employee health and wellness are a priority for us. Our ” Love Yourself” employee wellness program has been a great hit with our team, involving lots of fun activities that have led to healthier choices. We pride ourselves on being a healthy, caring, and tight-knit workplace.
