Job description

Seeking a caring, conscientious advocate with prior experience in clinical social work desired.  This individual will possess a Master’s degree in Social Work or related. Clinical licensure (LCSW/LCPC) preferred but not required; bilingual preferred but not required. They will provide individual or family counseling to children and their families who have been exposed to violence or trauma. This individual will provide supportive services, including case management, crisis intervention, safety planning, psychoeducation, referral services and linkage supports.  This position offers competitive pay, medical, vision, dental, paid time off, 401K and other voluntary benefits.  We also offer in-house supervision toward LCSW/LCPC licensure; comprehensive 18-month training, which includes training and case-based consultation, in Child Parent Psychotherapy (an internationally recognized evidence-based practice); access to other trainings and supports including monthly individual consultation with a nationally endorsed CPP trainer; a reasonable caseload (12-15 families) without mega pressure on getting billable hours; and so much more.
