Seeking individuals with Bachelor's degree to provide crisis assessments to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis in Vermilion County. Duties include:  Answering the 24/7 crisis line, verbally de-escalating or supporting individuals in need, responding to community locations with an engagement specialist to assist individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, collaborate with medical staff and law enforcement to determine the best course of action after an assessment, as necessary, facilitate inpatient treatment referrals, and complete collaborative safety agreements. Monday Through Friday 4 p.m. - midnight
