Champaign Counseling is hiring one full-time therapist who enjoys adult individual therapy and couples work. Active Illinois LCSW required (unrestricted). (We’re not able to accept LSW applicants for this opening.) Schedule requirement: Work either 2 evenings/week (4–8 pm) or every Saturday with at least 5 sessions. Who thrives here

  • Full-time is defined as 1,175 completed client sessions/year.
  • We run on stable schedules (no week-to-week scheduling).
  • In-person + some telehealth (home-based telehealth requires approval). Pay $80,000–$92,000/year based on completing 1,175 sessions/year and your paid hourly rate (W-2 hourly). Includes paid non-clinical hours (staff meetings/consultation, up to 2 office hours/week for documentation/care coordination/prep, and quarterly professional contribution). Therapists are paid ~1.4 hours per 1 client-facing hour. Time off + growth support
  • PTO: 80 hours front-loaded each year
  • Paid personal leave: accrue up to 80 hours/year
  • Paid holidays: 6 days/year (8 hours/day)
  • CE stipend: $1,200/year
