Job description
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a full-time clinician to join Bodhi Counseling & Consulting Center, PC — a local, values-driven group mental health practice committed to community connection, professional growth, and the well-being of our clinicians and clients. We especially encourage BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clinicians to apply, and are particularly interested in candidates with experience in couples therapy, EMDR, and/or play therapy.

Hours per week:
20–25 clinical hours per week

Job Overview:
As part of our team, you’ll shape your ideal caseload, work with your chosen clients, and engage in meaningful, supported clinical work. We prioritize anti-racism, LGBTQ+ affirmation, and inclusive practices across all services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy
- Maintain strong clinical documentation and uphold ethical standards
- Participate in regular individual consultation or supervision
- Join bi-monthly trauma consultation groups
- Engage in ongoing clinical training and development
- Collaborate with a supportive, mission-aligned team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in counseling, psychology, or social work
- Licensed or license-eligible in Illinois (LSW, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Passionate about inclusion, learning, and supporting client well-being
- Committed to anti-racism and LGBTQ+ affirmative practice
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive fee split as a W-2 employee (not 1099)
- Pay range: $60.00–$100.00 per clinical hour
