Therapist – Full-Time (Private Practice)

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and skilled associate or fully licensed therapists to join our private practice team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care to individuals across the lifespan (beginning at age 6). This role requires flexibility, diagnostic expertise, and comfort working with a wide range of presenting concerns and diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients ages 6 through adulthood.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities and approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, family systems, trauma-informed care, etc.) tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments and provide accurate DSM-5 diagnoses.
• Maintain detailed, timely, and ethical clinical documentation in compliance with professional and practice standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings to foster a supportive clinical environment.
• Demonstrate cultural competency and a whole-person approach in treatment planning and care.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in marriage, family, and child counseling, marital and family therapy, social work, psychology, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or counseling.
• Licensure: Fully licensed professionals must maintain a current license in good standing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
• Must have a valid NPI number.
• Demonstrated experience working with individuals of diverse ages and backgrounds.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with comfort treating a wide range of mental health diagnoses.
• Ability to provide both daytime and evening sessions.
