Job Opportunity: Therapist  Selah Professional Counselors – Woodridge, IL (In-Person, Limited Telehealth) Selah Professional Counselors is a group outpatient mental health practice offering compassionate, whole-person care rooted in a Catholic understanding of the human person. We are seeking licensed or provisionally licensed therapists to join our collaborative team. Role Overview Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families in a supportive, structured environment. The majority of our clients identify as Catholic and may seek to integrate their faith into therapy; clinicians should be comfortable supporting client-directed spiritual integration. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver weekly psychotherapy sessions (15–25 clients/week)
  • Complete timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in supervision and team consultation
  • Maintain reliable scheduling, professionalism, and ethical standards
Schedule Expectations
  • Minimum 3 shifts per week
  • Includes at least 2 evening and/or weekend shifts
Compensation & Benefits
  • $50–$75 per session (based on licensure and caseload tier)
  • W-2 position with PTO and retirement plan
  • Malpractice insurance covered
  • Administrative and billing support provided
  • Monthly medical stipend eligibility (based on session volume)
  • Supervision provided for provisionally licensed clinicians
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Illinois license (or working toward licensure): LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Ability to work in-person in Woodridge, IL
  • Willingness to maintain a consistent caseload and participate in supervision
