Ellen Surprenant

Ellen Surprenant, Systems of Care Specialist, Provider Assistance and Training Hub (PATH); is responsible for providing training and field support pertaining to Systems of Care, Wraparound, IM+CANS, IM-CAT & Crisis Safety Planning, Treatment Planning, and other curriculum relevant to assisting providers obtain skills necessary to help individuals make meaningful lifestyle changes. Ellen holds a master’s in social work from Arizona State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Prior to her role as Systems of Care Specialist with University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana School of Social Work, Ellen worked in the community mental health sector providing therapy and clinical supervision.
