Provider Assistance and Training Hub (PATH)
Welcome to the Provider Assistance & Training Hub (PATH). Originally launched in 2018 as the IM+CANS Training Office, PATH is now a behavioral health Training and Technical Assistance Center. PATH’s mission is to train and support community providers with the implementation of new tools, like the IM+CANS, and other new services, as part of the overall Illinois behavioral health transformation. PATH is a partnership between the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS), the School of Social Work at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and the Office of Medicaid Innovation.
For the foreseeable future, PATH will continue to provide training in a webinar format. We use Zoom as our webinar platform. Please be aware this will require trainees to download Zoom software in order to participate and receive credit for training attendance.
If you have any questions, please contact us at: PATH-BH@illinois.edu.
