About

Lawanda McGee is the Assistant Director of Pathways to Success Services for the Provider Assistance and Training Hub at the University of Illinois School of Social Work. She serves as the lead for messaging for statewide initiatives pertaining to Pathways to Success implementation, staff development, and execution of curriculum and coaching utilizing evidenced based practices pertaining to High Fidelity Wraparound, Intensive Care Coordination, Therapeutic Mentoring, Family Peer Support, and Intensive Home-Based activities in the state of Illinois.

Lawanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Illinois State University, Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has spent her career working with youth, adults, and families across various settings.
