Queer Intersections, Inclusion, and Innovation (Qi3) Lab

The Queer Intersections, Inclusion, and Innovation (Qi3) Lab conducts research on LGBTQ+ community, culture, and well-being – with a focus on examining systems of oppression as well as sources of strength and liberation for queer persons. The research team includes both UIUC students and non-student staff, and is open to undergraduate and graduate students across campus. The lab is directed by Dr. Ryan Wade, Assistant Professor of Social Work.
