About

Jaclyn Petersen is a Systems of Care Team (SOC) Lead for the Provider Assistance and Training Hub (PATH) at the University of Illinois School of Social Work. She is responsible for training curriculum related to Wraparound, and other clinical initiatives, to community behavioral health staff and leadership, provide on-going coaching and support for new initiatives, and serve as Subject Matter Expert and Team Lead for New Service Initiatives and SOC curriculum. In addition, provides coaching and support to the SOC specialist team and Care Coordination and Support Organizations to provide on-going feedback to improve messaging and delivery. Works with the SOC Coordinator and PATH leadership to ensure SOC and Wraparound model is accurately represented in all work products and messaging.

Jaclyn worked as a Care Coordinator and a Care Supervisor for a social services agency before becoming a SOC Team Lead for the PATH team. She has experience as a Mobile Crisis Responder and a clinical therapist serving all populations. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Jaclyn graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2013. She received her Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2014.
