About

Jeni Weisiger is a Research Program Coordinator at the Center for Prevention Research and Development (CPRD) at the University of Illinois. Joining the team in 2021, Jeni brings over a decade of extensive experience in various Early Childhood settings.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood with a concentration in Child Development and Family Services, equipping her with a solid foundation in understanding the complexities of child and family dynamics. Throughout her career, Jeni has contributed her expertise to several impactful programs, including Early Intervention, Child Care Resource & Referral, and Early Head Start.

In her current role, Jeni focuses on providing technical assistance, data management, and evaluation support, helping to streamline processes and enhance program effectiveness, for the federally funded Maternal Infant Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) and state funded Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) Division of Early Childhood Home Visiting grants.
