Latrice Ware

Latrice Ware, M.A., LCPC, is the Associate Director for the Field Implementation Support Program (FISP). She oversees administrative and programmatic management for FISP staff, services, and deliverables. FISP is a specialized workforce development team that facilitates an array of staff and supervisory development training. FISP provides coaching to child welfare staff across the state, in addition to collaborating with child welfare professionals and agency leadership to support the application of the Illinois Core Practice Model.
