Job Description: As a Clinician at our private practice, you will be responsible for conducting individual therapy sessions with adults or children/adolescents experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues. Your primary objective will be to create a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and experiences, while developing personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, family therapy, and other appropriate modalities.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the clients care to create a holistic support system.
- Maintain thorough and accurate client records and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in psychology to continuously improve therapeutic approaches.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance professional development and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- State licensure as a psychologist, counselor, social worker, or relevant mental health license.
- Specialization or additional training in adult or child and adolescent or adult therapy (or both!)
- Demonstrated experience working with adults or children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to understand the unique needs of each individual.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Salary Ranges
Fully licensed will be between $79,000 and $85,000/year for full-time.
Provisionally licensed will be between $68,000 and $72,000/year for full-time.
