Data Practices in Social Work Survey

Many social workers work with data on a regular basis – even if it’s not in their job title. Whether it involves recording data about clients and services, creating reports for funders, or reconciling inconsistent data across databases, social workers collect, analyze, and rely on the insights derived from data everyday. Yet, most social workers don’t get the data training they need to complete these tasks confidently.

In collaboration with January Advisors, this survey is designed to gather feedback about how social workers use data and what types of data training would be most useful to them. We’ll use this feedback to inform a UIUC CEU event in April focused on improving data literacy for social workers.

Please complete this survey by March 5, 2022.
