Jamie Steward is a Systems of Care (SOC) Specialist for Behavioral Health, Provider Assistance and Training Hub (PATH). She is responsible for providing training and field support pertaining to Systems of Care, Wraparound, IM+CANS, Treatment Planning, IM-CAT & Crisis Safety Planning, and other curriculum relevant to assisting providers obtain the skills necessary to help individuals make meaningful lifestyle changes. Jamie completed a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2011 and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Prior to her role as a Systems of Care Specialist, Jamie specialized in health care social work for 8 years. During that time, she provided an array of services to individuals and families including case management, care coordination, short-term counseling, discharge planning, and resource and referral connection across various inpatient and outpatient settings. For the past two years, she exclusively provided individual therapy to clients of all ages in a primary care office. She has also provided clinical supervision to staff throughout her career.
