Justin York

As the Director of Online Education, Justin provides a leadership role in the development and operation of School of Social Work online programs, non-credit courses and programs, digital teaching and learning infrastructure development, and promotion and facilitation of innovative technology-assisted practices both in online and in-person classes. He also collaborates with faculty and instructors on issues related to online teaching and learning, as well as innovative technology use in in-person classes.

Justin holds a PhD in Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining the School of Social Work, Justin worked as an instructional designer at the Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning here at the university.
