About

Niki is a Systems of Care Specialist with the Provider Assistance and Training Hub (PATH) and is responsible for providing training and field support pertaining to Systems of Care, Wraparound, IM+CANS, IM-CAT & Crisis Safety Planning, Treatment Planning, and other curriculum relevant to assisting providers to obtain skills necessary to help individuals make meaningful lifestyle changes.
Niki holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Champaign Urbana and has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2008. Prior to her role as a System of Care Specialist, Niki has worked as a Director and Clinical Manager in both residential care and community-based mental health services aimed at serving children and families. Niki has also served as Grant Director for a Systems of Care project, uniting several Southern Illinois community stakeholders in developing a trauma-informed, mental health system of care for children and families.
