Responsibilities

  • Supervise other clinicians weekly and provide thorough feedback and support
  • Participate in trainings, meetings, and conferences deemed necessary by CEO
  • Meet with CEO to discuss cases and needs of clinicians weekly
  • Assess nature of client’s situation by completing full mental health assessment
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based approaches
  • Manage caseload of 20+ clients weekly
  • Complete case notes and keep them up-to-date
  • Communicate regularly with supervisor and participate in weekly consultation
  • Be willing to get trained in treatment approaches for eating disorders, body image issues, or disordered eating/exercise
  • Complete other relevant trainings for successful treatment interventions
  • Be willing to provide Telehealth appointments as required by COVID regulations

Qualifications

  • LCSW in the State of Illinois
  • Background experience in some level of counseling
  • Previous experience with documentation and treatment planning preferred
  • Previous experience with crisis intervention preferred
  • Must have completed mandated reporting training and show proof
  • Must live in Illinois
