Illume provides an environment that reduces burnout by allowing therapists to have input on their caseload and schedule (full-time positions range from 30-35 hours per week, part-time position is also available) as well as managing billing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks so therapists can focus on what they do best – offering excellent client care!

Qualifications: Candidates should be friendly and professional, committed to a creating a healthy work environment, and motivated to provide quality treatment for clients.

Masters-level licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LSW) Required

Salary starts at $65,000 – final salary is based on hours in schedule and whether a benefit package is chosen.
