Hands high fiving: teamwork

Muscle Memory CEU Series: Team Building and Communication

The Muscle Memory series is a four-part professional development series built to enhance the daily interactions between individuals of a department or organization as the workforce has become a collective of disconnected people over time. This paradigm shift is forcing individuals, families, neighborhoods, and community-based organization to do what they know best without extra thinking. A process that requires muscle memory! The muscle memory material covers:

  • Resiliency
  • Workplace Communication
  • Emotional Intelligence/Conflict Resolution
  • Building a Team

These topics help build a bridge that outlines the tools and techniques needed to flex those soft skill muscles into reusable attributes. Business Elevator’s execution strategy strives to help individuals or organizations eliminate silos and improve interdisciplinary access to expertise and skills.

As he developed the materials of training, got the curriculum published, and begin facilitating as a full-time entrepreneur, he grew to needing a platform to reach the masses. Entering the speaking industry by accident, the process of inspiring others into following their vision, dreams, or passions in entrepreneurship became his mission. In the last 10 years, he has been wading through what is now known as the ecosystem building industry. At the core of everything he does is training, entrepreneurship and community building to help others grow.
