Apply for BSW Scholarships

The deadline for scholarship applications is September 10, 2021 at 5:00 pm. Please complete the below application form and attach any required materials. Please complete your essay in the “Personal Statement” box below and attach your current resume in the “Upload Resume” box below. You may apply for more than one scholarship, but only need to submit one set of application materials. Please be sure that your personal statement speaks directly to the eligibility criteria for each scholarship that you are applying. The selection committee should be able to match your statement to the respective scholarships based on content alone. Please ensure your application is complete.
